Field service & brochures

In order to protect the environment and keep system costs low, we do not offer field service, glossy brochures or on-site product presentations. Information on the system can be found on our web site. Additionally, you can order an evaluation system for testing at low costs.

SkinAnalyzer tubes

Two different kinds of tubes for the microscopy camera are available: open (for SkinAnalyzer TOPO) and closed (for SkinAnalyzer DESQ and SEBU). The open tube is rather sturdy and can be cleaned with an alcohol-based disinfectant. The cover glass of the closed tube may not be scratched. Therefore, it must be cleaned with a soft cloth and a disinfectant suitable for acrylic glass (e.g. HEXAWOL®).

SkinAnalyzer installation

SkinAnalyzer Setup Wizard

An installation CD comes with the SkinAnalyzer system. After inserting it into the computer's CD-ROM drive, installation should start automatically. In case 'Autostart' is disabled, please select the CD-ROM drive in Explorer and start the setup programme. The installation wizard will guide you through the programme installation. It is usually sufficient to accept the default settings and click 'Next'.

To start SkinAnalyzer, select 'SkinAnalyzer Starter' in the Start Menu, then select a SkinAnalyzer module.
